We accept any official Alkae 20L Jars. The jar must be structurally sound (no cracks, major dents, or internal chemical residue) to qualify for a direct swap.

If you do not have an empty container, you can purchase a new sealed jar at the cashier and pay a one-time refundable container deposit. Subsequent trade-ins will skip this fee.

Yes! If you are a subscriber, simply leave your empty jars outside on delivery day. Our agent swaps them with fresh, sealed jars, saving you a trip to the store.
